After a long and successful career in Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Cathey took a much-needed 2-year sabbatical to recharge her spirit and reconnect with herself. At 54, she returned to school to follow her dream of becoming a therapist, graduating in 2023 at age 57. Now, she is on her way to becoming a fully licensed professional counselor after working as a Life Coach, dedicating herself to helping individuals and teams navigate their challenges, set meaningful goals, and enhance their lives. When she's not working, you'll find her taking long walks in nature, basking in the sun at the beach, or traveling.
