The concept and work of forgiveness is foundational to a Christian walk. We all need it. However, in our culture today with the dumbing down of sin and the cheap grace offered in so many places, forgiveness has also been cheapened. On a spectrum from those who don't need it, to those who recognize the essential nature of it and any place in between, we should and in fact need to understand forgiveness.
