Biographie:
Helen Lazenby Author of Warriors and Broken Pieces, has spent most of her adult life battling with mental health issues and difficulties surrounding childhood trauma. Using her own experiences and the observations made of those she has met fighting battles of their own, Helen attempts to highlight some of the thoughts and emotions that we often keep hidden in the darkest moments. Aiming to shine a light for those who may be in need of some connection or understandin through her writings and poetry. Helen describes the process as also bringing healing and comfort to myself, through the beauty of unapologetic expression ....
