Johnny Holliday is an American radio sportscaster and a former top 40 radio disc jockey. He has been the voice of the Maryland Terrapins football and basketball teams since 1979. He has previously worked as a radio disc jockey in Cleveland, New York City, and San Francisco. He was born John Holliday Bobbitt on October 15, 1937. Holliday was the announcer of the NBC musical variety shows Hullabaloo and The Roger Miller Show in the 1960s. He was the announcer on ABC's This Week with David Brinkley, Sam Donaldson, and Cokie Roberts....
