First she drowned in her past. Then she put pen to paper and discovered the healing powers of poetry. This poetry collection contains 21+ empowering poems that summarize the author's journey. A journey of finding peace within herself. Themes of the poems range from coping with trauma, finding her own voice, and finally being able to draw closer to God and let Him take over the reign of her life. It is a story about hope, gratitude, and acceptance. But it is also a story about letting go and moving on to better things....
Biographie:
As a teacher student in Germany, she is living her life searching for personal and educational meaning in everything she surrounds herself with. For this, she chooses written words as her outlet of expression. Though, she finds herself dancing and taking photos on occasion, too. When her life reached a crossroad, she found poetry in her heart. For it is through raw and personal poems that she was able to let go of the past and draw closer to God again. By sharing her story, she hopes to help others find hope and peace within themselves, and with God, too....
