Atlas is a strong Alpha who is well respected and loved. But no one truly knew the dark secret that shackled him. His sister, Iris, who is just as loved is the liaison between both the human and werewolf race. The siblings were all they had left of their bloodline. Unless you include their mother who has been missing. The thing is, humans have recently become aware of the existence of werewolves and because of this, Iris' wolf (Nora) is later caught in a bear trap set up by hunters. Hunters have become a big problem for the wolves and they stop at nothing to hunt for a trophy but just before she is killed, a mysterious giant wolf saves her. Atlas catches a glimpse of that wolf and is struck by more than just gratitude. There was something else and he was determined to find out what it was. Atlas sets out to find his sister's savior and discovers he is right about what he feels. From a distance, he knows what the moon goddess has in store for him but he struggles to accept the gift and retreats. One day, Atlas' Beta, Mavis, finds a man unconscious in a cave with a wounded leg that smells like no other wolf he's known. Not sure if he is a threat, Mavis captures the man and brings him to the pack house to treat him while locking him up. Atlas follows the familiar wonderful scent into his basement, excited to find his fate sitting there...naked?...
