Simon Mayo first opened his confessional in 1988 on BBC Radio 1's Breakfast Show. Every day, one shamefaced listener would share their deepest, darkest secret while millions tuned in to find out whether or not Simon would grant his forgiveness. This is a collection of letters and emails from Simon's ever-popular show.
Biographie:
Simon Mayo broadcasted on BBC Radio 1 for fifteen years, including presenting the breakfast show from 1988 to 1993. He followed this up by fronting the Radio Five Live afternoon show between 2001 and 2009. He also appeared on TV, with a presenting role on Top of the Pops. During his career Simon has won a string of awards, the latest being a Sony Award for his current Drivetime show on BBC Radio 2.
