Biographie:
Carol Hollowell is the founder and CEO of Switchpoint, leading its mission to transition individuals from crisis to stability across Utah. Her pivotal moment came in 2013 when she assisted Ray, a wheelchair user who had been homeless due to lost identification. This experience shaped Switchpoint's model of removing barriers and fostering dignity. Under her guidance, Switchpoint integrates emergency services with social enterprises and affordable housing. Carol has received numerous accolades, including EY Entrepreneur of the Year for Social Impact (2020) and the Governor's Spirit of Service Award (2023). She is also a TEDx speaker and author of Get Going: Solve Homelessness Today (2024)....
