This is a poetry book about different relationship experiences. It's about taking a look at yourself and how you can embrace your relationship in new ways to create something more intimate and close. These poems are a meshing and blending of my take on research, theories, philosophies, professional experiences, and ideas to help enrich your relational experience. Being a human is complex. These poems have limitations and abilities to speak into all experiences, across all time and with all variables. Life is fluid and changing and what may be true or helpful in one situation may not be in another. This is not a life hack....Not a short cut. This is not therapy. This is not a replacement for engaging in more care for those who need it. Though I cannot promise or guarantee any results for you - my hope is this space helps you live more like the kind of person you would like to be. To enjoy your relationship and more of what you can offer it. My hope ultimately is for peace, understanding, joy, connection and meaningfulness for you in practical ways.
