It is not only about the powerful phantasm of the great, enormous void at the beginning and end of the world, but also about the void as a space of play and in-between: about the empty spaces of our self-images and world views, about a loosened culture of pauses and gaps. Because, as we all know, the holes are what essentially makes a sieve....

Biographie:
Sascha Michel lebt in Frankfurt am Main und arbeitet als Lektor f?r deutschsprachige Literatur im S. Fischer Verlag. Er betreut das Gesamtwerk von Ilse Aichinger, Alfred D?blin und Thomas Mann und arbeitet u.a. mit Autor/innen wie Michael Lentz, Ulrich Peltzer oder Kathrin R?ggla zusammen. Seit 2015 unterrichtet er als Lehrbeauftragter im Rahmen des Fortbildungsprogramms Buch- und Medienpraxis an der Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universit?t Frankfurt am Main. Zuletzt erschien von ihm in der Reclam-Reihe [Was bedeutet das alles?] der Essay Die Unruhe der B?cher....
