STEPHEN P. FRANKLIN has taught communication skills as a professional trainer for more than 30 years, and 20 years ago, he developed his own transformative series of communication skills training programs. He has also developed a comprehensive Essential People Management Skills program. His training programs are based on extensive research and testing.
