He founded Alpha Project Phyzio & Performance, where he shares his innovative approach to helping distance runners, marathoners, ultra runners, CrossFitters, athletes, and coaches run better, with less pain, and reach their running goals. He works alongside his wife, Veronica, who is a pelvic floor physical therapist.Dr. Matt became interested in becoming a physical therapist after getting numerous running-related injuries while in high school. After consulting multiple physical therapists and not getting better, he realized there had to be another way to treat runners. Dr. Matt believes all runners should know how to run efficiently, move effortlessly, perform basic maintenance on themselves, and have a thriving running career. Dr. Matt lives with his wife, Veronica, in Frederick, Maryland, and he enjoys fishing with his father on Lake Ontario....
