Biographie:
Valerie J. Walsh is the bestselling author of Shattered to the Core, her memoir about loss and love. An in-demand speaker, inspirational storyteller, leadership presenter, and mental health advocate, she developed the CORE Fitness Method as a tool to help empower others to live their most authentic and COREAGEOUS lives. Walsh is a cancer survivor who has also suffered the loss of a parent to suicide. She has taken her pain and turned it into purpose by teaching others the skill sets needed to discover their innate power of resilience and ability to transform their lives. She enjoys hiking, cycling, and yoga and calls Connecticut home.
