Covid Rhymes is a memoir you might say. A survival guide I created when I felt overwhelmed from the start, middle, and present setbacks from the Covid Pandemic. We all cope differently. Journaling is just one of a few ways I regroup and reset my psyche. My hope is that these Rhymes uplift the reader and encourage that better days are ahead. Uncertain times shall and will pass. If there's one thing Covid has taught us is each day is fragile. Each day should never be taken for granted. Love without regret, practice mindfulness and bestow kindness to one another.
