Ever since he was a baby on the vine, Gideon Grape has never been shy about speaking up when things aren't just the way he likes them. He gripes in the summer and in the winter, in the morning and at bedtime, at breakfast, lunch and dinner, and nearly every moment in between. But when Grandpa Raisin comes for a visit, Gideon begins to see how constant complaining isn't the nicest thing to hear... and wonders if maybe it's time for a change.

Biographie:
Andrea Safrit is an author and illustrator with a passion for creating stories for children. She inherited her love of art from her mother, an artist herself, who put a paintbrush in her hand before she knew how to walk. Andrea studied Illustration at the Savannah College of Art and Design, Rhode Island School of Design and the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. She currently lives in North Carolina with her husband, two children and a house full of pets.
