Biographie:
Diane Kraal is an Adjunct Senior Research Fellow with the Monash Business School, Monash University. She has published widely on taxation of natural resources and renewable energy. She is a member of the Energy Justice and the Social Contract project, Universit? de Pau et des Pays de l 'Adour, France. Gerry Nagtzaam is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law, Monash University. His publications include international environmental treaties and their normative treatment, nuclear waste disposal in democratic states, the phenomenon of ecoterrorism, global plastic pollution regulation...
