When he couldn't find an investment company he trusted with his hard-earned money, Dave's entrepreneurial spirit kicked in and he decided to do it himself. Today, Dave is the founder and president of Paragon Wealth Management, an investment firm that manages approximately dollars150 million for 160 households and growing. Paragon's success has attracted local and national media attention. Dave has a deep commitment to community service and philanthropy. In 2010, he co-founded the Live Your Dream Foundation to provide scholarships to single mothers. In 2021, Dave was elected mayor of Orem, Utah, a rapidly growing city of more than 100,000 people.
