Biographie: Jason Tan is the owner of DDA Labs and The Analytics Show (TAS) podcast. Together with his team, they develop and embed analytics into business operations to optimise results for insurers and financial service companies. At TAS, Jason interviews top business leaders worldwide on using data science to run a high-performing modern organisation. The goal behind TAS is to help data and analytics leaders break through barriers and get out of their shells to have their voices heard confidently. Through the podcast, listeners and guests alike are able to attain the skills needed for delivering business benefits through data. Brian Ferris is the Chief Digital Transformation Officer at Loyalty New Zealand, leading the data, analytics and technology teams. Loyalty New Zealand runs New Zealand's most loved loyalty programme - Flybuys - as well as the Lab360 precision marketing team. Over the past four years, the teams have completed an agile transformation and a full migration to the cloud, decommissioning the legacy data centres. In addition, the data management and precision marketing stacks have been completely revamped with artificial intelligence and machine learning tooling in a flexible modern architecture. Prior to Loyalty NZ, Brian ran Enterprise Data and Analytics for Nike in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and before that, he held senior data and analytics roles at Heineken, BAT and the European Central Bank. Brian's focus through all of his roles has been transforming people and cultures to deliver real business value from the data assets.
