Unfortunately, many talented student-athletes are misguided and led down a path toward failure, often never reaching their full potential. The Basketball Coaching Principles offer a unique approach by incorporating Lean Management principles to improve efficiency and Art of War strategies to help develop effective execution strategies. This book aims to inspire coaches to question their methods and become the best possible version of themselves. By teaching life skills and techniques, coaches can help student-athletes succeed both on and off the court. Biographie:
Manuel Narv?ez is a former basketball player who represented the Puerto Rican National Team at international level. He has been mentoring and advising basketball coaches, student-athletes, and athletic directors for many years. With over 10 years of experience in coaching basketball, Narv?ez has authored various books, including a motivational book for youth leadership and a journal designed for student-athletes to use as a plan and reflection tool. Even after retiring from basketball in 2015, Manuel Narv?ez continues to serve the sports community by providing coaching mentorship and clinics in the Florida area.
