He earned his B.A. in history from Hofstra University, New York, and his M.A. and his Ph.D. in history from SUNY Stony Brook. Gaab is the author of Justice Delayed: The Restoration of Justice in Bavaria under American Occupation (Lang, 1999). He lived and studied in Munich and is currently Professor of History at Farmingdale State University of New York....
