Jenn stood in solitude on the grand balcony, liberated from the usual retinue of chaperons and the vigilant gaze of her personal guards. A dark celestial body glided towards the sun, and she recognized it as the harbinger of an impending solar eclipse. In a matter of moments, the moon would position itself, shrouding their world in an indeterminate period of darkness-whether for minutes or hours.
Throughout her existence in the Kingdom of Literra, Jenn had not borne witness to a solar eclipse, and the same held true for her fellow citizens. The sight of the moon, ominous and black against the sky, had incited widespread panic. The kingdom's streets were now filled with agitated crowds, fervently demanding the revocation of Jenn Lynn's recently acquired title, a mere three days after her union with the Crown Prince of Literra. The king's soldiers labored to restore order, grappling with the impassioned masses clamoring for change.
