Discrimination in the call to LEAD remains oblique when considering the contributing factors, while denoting several leadership ideologies that one must be trained, degreed, or skilled in these attributes refutes such established claims. The completed narrative offers a personal journey of the author's life and story in leadership from the perspective of religion, business, politics, and personal (family life). Each area is duplicitous in demonstrating that an individual is born or made a leader due to environment. Most impactful throughout is the identification of the reliance on God and faith interdependence. Thus, the revealing impartation unveils the path of trials, trauma, and triumph, essentially serving as a conduit for pursuing opportunities to improve followership capacities amidst leadership transformation.

According to Northouse (2019), leadership continues to influence and support individuals' personal and positional power through its evolving stage while emphasizing the importance of values as a goal. The context highlights the capacity to which humanity depends on their surroundings, culture, and relationship with God to survive each obstacle. Socially, the events produced trauma at its highest level, but the principles based on the need required addressing, and healing which at various intervals resulted in New Opportunities for Amazing, Unusual Leadership Transformation (NO FAULT).

The perspectives when examined thoroughly encapsulate the entire process in servant leadership, including scenarios and lessons in social decline. Each example indicates that we can choose to win or fail unless the Holy Spirit guides us as circumstances change, and the power and presence of God are vital to our success. In chapter 10:44, Mark states,... and whoever wants to be first must be servant of all.

Overall, there is overwhelming evidence that a leadership approach, when conflated with the existence of love and the desire to serve first (Greenleaf (1991, 2008), is influential.

More importantly, since the task of leadership commits us to be good stewards, we are therefore admonished in scripture to look according to Jude 1:25 continuously: To him who can keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy.
