This Is All In My Head is a short collection of prose poetry that oscillates between themes of grief, heartache, loss, love, femininity, and the ethereal. It is a near autobiographical work that confronts ephemeral and eternal hardships intrinsic to the author's identity and experience. The eighteen poems encapsulated in the novel are the fruits reaped from years of laborious coping, learning, and growing. And though they are harvested from old pain, they contain wisdom that is nourishing and worth cherishing.
