Résumé :
The construction of a quality curriculum should be guided by systematic processes that allow for its adaptation or redesign as required by social changes. The research reports on the spiral model of innovation in the management of processes for the redesign of curricula in which a curricular model based on competency-based training is integrated. From a participatory curriculum design and the general theory of systems. The spiral innovation model arises from action research which uses two main focuses: strategic and organizational, which lead to processes of observation, planning, action and reflection.
