      • Résumé :

When Pete leaves Chloe for another woman, she is forced to raise their family alone. When an impromptu internet pop up leads her to a dating site, she naively believes she has found the perfect way of finding love again. After meeting a string of unlikely suitors, she finally meets Mel, but unbeknown to her, Mel is fighting his own demons, and things are about to get a lot more complicated.

Plenty More Fish pushes the boundaries as it follows Chloe on a dark and dangerous journey that sees her wade her way through a sea of sociopaths in her desperate quest to find her soulmate. As she ventures into deeper waters, friends and colleagues become increasingly concerned for her safety, but will she listen to them before it's too late?

Dawn was born in London, England in 1962 and her boarding school education taught her the resilience to withstand adversity and be independent from an early age. She qualified as a Registered Nurse in 1986, and she indulges her passion for writing in her spare time. She currently lives near Portsmouth, Hampshire with her husband and two boxer dogs. Her writing style reflects her personality and has been described as quirky and unique. Dawn is naturally competitive and she isn't afraid to push boundaries. Her books often contain challenging themes that will take you on an emotional rollercoatser ride. Dawn describes her books as being a bit like Marmite- you will either love them or hate them.

Plenty More Fish is the author's debut novel. If you enjoyed reading this book, and you are keen to see where Chloe's journey takes her next, you will be pleased to know there are two more books in this series. There is a teaser chapter of the sequel, His Other Child at the end of the book.
