Life is more often than not, unbalanced. We struggle to find time, express our true selves, and process the pain and pessimism we carry. 'Balance' is a collection of poems that was created to explore the dichotomous nature of human existence. The reader will be presented with a series of poem pairs that are the antithesis of one another, traversing the topics of pain and perseverance. The text delves into the multifaceted experiences that make up life, urging the reader to consider ways in which they may heal and find balance.
