Biographie: Clay Calvert is professor emeritus at the University of Florida, where he held a joint appointment as professor of law in the Levin College of Law and Brechner Eminent Scholar in Mass Communication in the College of Journalism and Communications. Since June 2023, Calvert has served as a nonresident senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute, writing more than 130 columns about topics at the intersection of free speech, media law, and technology.
