Offering vocabulary and a framework for thinking about what intuition is, Dr. Emily Sadowski helps us to normalize all kinds of intuitive experience, from embodied gut feelings to transpersonal, psychic intuition. Insightful, wise, and thought-provoking, What is Intuition? is a journey into ideas about consciousness, connection, self-awareness, and the nature of truth, and offers up insight into how -and why- its possible to develop a trustworthy relationship to your intuition. Based on research from Emily's PhD, What is Intuition? explores cultural reasons we might feel disconnected from our intuition, and inspires us to renew that connection. By offering vocabulary and a framework for thinking about what intuition is, it aims to normalize all kinds of intuitive experience, from embodied gut feelings to transpersonal, psychic intuition.
