The Author: Joel C. Garcia, a former pastor and business owner, has developed top leaders who have arisen to lead roles in the ministry, and executive roles in the marketplace. In 2009, Joel earned a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in coaching and mentoring from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Contributor: Miguel (Mike) Garcia has a thirty year background in physical therapy and rehabilitation. Mike was nurtured in the prophetic ministry, and is also known as a gifted teacher, mentoring businessmen and women in a weekly Bible study. Mike is currently completing his Bachelor's degree in Leadership from Faith International University in Tacoma, Washington.
