The simplest tasks became monumental challenges, and the things I once took for granted now seemed like distant memories. But amidst the chaos and despair, there was a glimmer of hope. Through countless doctor's appointments, therapy sessions, and endless research, I began to understand that my identity was not solely defined by my illnesses. They were just one part of who I am-an integral part-but not the entirety. I discovered the strength within me that I am here to share with you. This is my own journey as I feel it. The highs and the lows. I hope this allows you to gain some understanding of those affected by chronic pain and invisible illness and give strength to those who are coping with their new reality.
