It was a salvage boat decorated with faded paint and an engraved plaque reading 'Malinda's Star.' Cam knew it belonged to Casey, his former brother-in-law, who believes his sister had passed away. The pair eventually encountered each other, and Cam learns of a local gang holding Casey hostage unless he relinquishes all the treasure he retrieves from The Tide - an old Dutch warship that had been submerged in the gulf for over two centuries. Unable to leave Casey to fend for himself, Cam devised a plan to involve Malinda in the rescue mission without alerting her brother that she was still alive. With both forces converging on the scene, and the help of their whole gang, join them as they battle against time and danger in their most thrilling adventure yet.

Biographie:
Mac grew up in Evansville, Indiana on the Ohio River. He started writing songs as a young man and became more serious about it after he returned from Vietnam. His songs all have stories to them, as songs do, so he decided to expand on them. He gave the song a plot and the characters a personality. Threw in some beautiful women, action, drugs, and murder and had a good story. He has incorporated some of his song lyrics in every book. RUM CITY BAR now has a sequel called Rumora. The second series he has published is about Cam Derringer, a guitar-playing sleuth in Key West. So far there are 7 books in this series.
