Jennifer Paweleck Bellingrodt, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience. She is a former Army psychologist now in private practice. Dr. Bellingrodt has done a combination of therapy, consultation, lecturing, coaching and clinical supervision for more than two decades. In addition, she hosts a podcast and conducts both free and paid training on her online psychoeducation training platform, www.thepsychoeducationacademy.thinkific.com. She also has multiple direct sales side hustles and has been a speaker for various network marking companies. She believes mindset and attitude are the foundation for everything in life and has built a career around helping people get over themselves to succeed in the ways they want. Dr. Bellingrodt maintains a virtual therapy practice and is currently working on publishing her second book, which addresses why personal development training often doesn't work for people. The book is about going beyond the standard training to overcome the seven self-limiting beliefs that block success in all areas of life. She enjoys traveling with her family, writing, hosting wine tastings and reading about six different books at the same time.
