Dr. Bellingrodt has done a combination of therapy, consultation, lecturing, coaching and clinical supervision for more than two decades. In addition, she hosts a podcast and conducts both free and paid training on her online psychoeducation training platform, www.thepsychoeducationacademy.thinkific.com. She also has multiple direct sales side hustles and has been a speaker for various network marking companies. She believes mindset and attitude are the foundation for everything in life and has built a career around helping people get over themselves to succeed in the ways they want. Dr. Bellingrodt maintains a virtual therapy practice and is currently working on publishing her second book, which addresses why personal development training often doesn't work for people.
