        Biographie:
Mike Magluilo is a writer and recovering finance professional, father of three and husband of one. He enjoys clean living and dirty jokes and loves old dogs and small gestures. He grew up in the Chicago suburbs where he had the best summer job in the world as a golf caddie. Mike rediscovered an early love of writing as a way to share life lessons with his sons who, it turns out, enjoy stories more than speeches. Mike's work has appeared in Zig Zag Lit Mag, Cold Lake Anthology, and Flash Fiction Magazine. His story The Golden Boy took first prize in Flash Fiction Magazine's summer 2023 writing contest. Mike currently lives in Vermont with his family. A Reason to Run is his first novel. Follow him at MikeMagluilo.com.
