Joe began writing Alice and the Gramophone Discovery (then known as 'Alice into the Gramophone') when he was 15... which is rather a long time ago, you know.By day, he is a Leadership and Culture specialist, working with organisations to help leaders and staff stay sane whilst dealing with other people. (Even with a psychology background, he never ceases to be amazed by the infinite capacity that people have to do weird things!)In his spare time (of which he obviously has too much), he writes... and writes.
