Imagining the world without the World Wide Web is increasingly difficult, even though the Internet is still a new technology. Enjoying an intellectual work no longer implies buying physical material, as all it takes is a few clicks and everything can be downloaded to a device that fits in your pocket. Faced with technological innovations and the expansion of the Internet, the scenario is as follows: on the one hand there are the authors who see their rights constantly disrespected, on the other hand there are the individuals who have the right to access information and culture in a broad way, and between the two is a legislative apparatus that is completely out of step with the current reality. This book has been in my mind since before I started my degree and I never had any doubts that this would be the subject of my final year's work. So I present this book, as the fruit of a personal curiosity that resulted in it being passed with flying colours by the university examination board and can now be seen by all those who are also interested in the subject. Biographie:
Laurea in giurisprudenza presso il Centro Universitario Facex. Ha superato il XXV esame di avvocato brasiliano. Autore dell'articolo La protezione del diritto d'autore nell'attuale legislazione brasiliana pubblicato dalla rivista culturale e scientifica Carpe Diem di Unifacex.
