He's a Chartered Fellow of the British Computer Society (BCS), a testament to his work in IT.Not only has Richard led but he's also cultivated and nurtured successful teams. He's been the guiding force behind many team members as they embarked on transformative journeys of growth, skills, professional development and improved performance, leading to their well-deserved promotions.Richard has now begun to share his insights, experiences and research through his new book, Management and Leadership.
