Résumé :
Pancake the Cat: From Funny to Fearless is an enchanting children's book that follows the extraordinary journey of Pancake, an unlikely hero in a world where bravery is measured in bacon bits. With his bright blue eyes and fluffy gray tail, Pancake lives with the kind Mr. and Mrs. Buttons, who pamper him with pancakes for every meal. But as he indulges in his favorite treat, Pancake's appearance starts to change, making him look more like a pancake than a typical hero. Despite the teasing from neighbors, Pancake's destiny takes an unexpected turn when he finds himself in a real-life heroic situation. This heartwarming story teaches children the value of courage, kindness, and inner strength, proving that true heroism lies not in appearances but in the goodness of one's heart. With a sprinkle of humor and a dollop of life lessons, Pancake the Cat is a delightful tale that will leave young readers eager for more!
Biographie:
Ladies and gentlemen, let me introduce you to the one and only James Coleman- a man of many achievements and a lover of all things wordy! He's a doting dad to a delightful five-year-old daughter, he is passionate about encouraging creativity in children and helping them develop a sense of self-belief and courage. Being with his daughter is very special to James and he takes great inspiration from family and the things that are important in her world.Ah, the spark of James's storytelling genius was lit by an English teacher who discovered a hidden treasure within him. Since then, he's been creating enchanting worlds and charming characters that'll whisk you away on thrilling adventures! And the best part? It's not just an escape from the chaos of modern life; it's a delightful dance with imagination. As a wee lad, James dreamt of touching the stars as an astronaut. But alas, his motion sickness had other plans, and so he soared to the heavens through his words instead! He's a cosmic adventurer, crafting tales that take you to another world. For James, generosity, integrity, dependability, and altruism are important personal values and form the basis of much of his writing. He uses these strong moral beliefs in his books to guide children toward making good decisions and helping to make a better world for everyone.James enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest, but loves being at home best of all. He is based in Oregon which allows him to spend time in nature with his friendly French Bulldog named Pudge.
