Résumé :
New parents receive gentle guidance as they read aloud daily with their infant, developing a solid bond right from the start. The habit of reading, talking, relaxing and enjoying special time together will become a regular practice - quickly and naturally. This unusual book includes engaging affirmations which are to be read aloud to Baby, calming watercolor illustrations, and inspiring poems and quotes, as well as stories and insight from parents, grandparents and professionals. An uplifting and loving look at what works in parenting. Your new child's future is full of possibilities!
Biographie:
Lisa Guy is a graduate of UC San Diego with a BA in Communications, a past business co-owner and mother of five. From a young age, Lisa has had an interest in people and their development - especially young children. During her 30 years of volunteer work as a room parent, classroom volunteer, field trip chaperone, PTA and booster club leader, fundraising chair, teacher/administrative aide, and community volunteer, she became passionate about finding ways to help young people reach their full potential.
