        Dr Darryl Cross is a clinical and organisational psychologist as well as an internationally accredited leadership coach and careers coach in his own business, 'Crossways Consulting' in North Adelaide, South Australia. He is also an author, trainer and international speaker. He is a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society and the Australian Institute of Management and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is an accredited advisor to Family Business Australia.He has worked for the Federal Government as a vocational psychologist, been a full-time lecturer at two interstate Universities, been a sessional lecturer in Leadership in the MBA program at both UniSA and Torrens University as well as run a hospital unit and conducted his own coaching and psychology practice for over 30 years.
