        Biographie:
Please visit the author's website at: judgesmallbooks.comT. W. Small's latest book, True Justice, the second book of his Justice Trilogy is now available on Amazon along with the first book, Stark Justice.! Judge T. W. Chip Small, Ret'd. was born in Mineola, New York, grew up in Mt. Prospect, Illinois, attended Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois and the University of Washington School of Law. Married in 1974 to Mary McLaughlin, they have three children and ten grandchildren. Chip practiced law in Wenatchee, Washington, until he was appointed to the bench in 1991. During his legal career, Chip received awards from the Access to Justice Board, the Washington Judges Foundation, and the Washington State Bar Association. He retired in 2018 after serving on the Chelan County Superior Court longer than anyone in the history of the county. His first book, You Are Not A Lawyer Anymore: A Primer For Those Who Want To Be A Good Judge is available on Amazon, Kindle and Audible. His second book and first one of his Justice Trilogy is Stark Justice inspired by a real case. It is a fast-paced, stimulating read that brings interesting characters to life and weaves a compelling tale of hope, devastation and triumph. At the center is a jockey whose promising career is cut short by a freakish tragedy. The flaws of the justice system are exposed as Elmer Stark and his attorney, Arnie Adams, fight the odds against them during a conclusive trial, sparing no details of how the civil legal process truly works. The second book of his Justice Trilogy, True Justice, is a powerful novel also inspired by actual events. True Justice continues the story of attorney Arnie Adams, a man of deep conviction and unwavering moral compass, as he steps into two cases that threaten to upend his career-and the fragile peace of a small town. When Arnie volunteers for a family law case with explosive consequences, he finds himself in the crosshairs of public opinion. His troubles deepen when he joins the defense team in a high-profile murder trial that splits the picturesque town of Eagleton right down the middle. As the courtroom battles rage on, Arnie must navigate the complexities of justice, loyalty, and truth-while facing the very real risk of losing everything he's built. True Justice offers readers an eye-opening tour of the criminal justice system. Legal thriller fans will find themselves riveted by the courtroom drama, while those drawn to deeper themes will appreciate the novel's thoughtful exploration of morality, forgiveness, and the transformative power of love and faith. This is more than a legal thriller-it's a story about standing firm when the stakes are highest. Judge Chip and his wife enjoy their grandchildren and horseback riding. Chip is also an avid golfer, cigar aficionado, and now an author who looks forward to taking readers on more legal adventures of Arnie Adams in the third book of his Justice Trilogy, Blind Justice....
