Karen is a retired teacher, holistic therapist and author. Developing her writing as a poet she has published 'Magical Thoughts and Reflections - An illustrated Poetry Anthology'. July 2023. 'The Mouse at Holyrood House' is an inspired piece of writing that followed a trip to Edinburgh. Mother of two, Karen recognises the need to have a range of beautiful books and stories for bedtime reading. These times are so precious. Stories generate such thought, conversation and fun. Karen wanted 'The Mouse at Holyrood House' to be the best it could be and approached Emma Valenghi to illustrate. The result is just beautiful....
