After an accident at school sends Vital to the hospital with a severe head injury, she has a chance encounter with Lisa, the escaped artificial intelligence. The experimental procedure that helped Vital survive her injury also creates a bridge to Lisa's world. Lisa and Vital now share the same body, the same space and must coexist in order to survive. Who is in control? Who has body autonomy? Both Vital and Lisa must work together if they are both going to survive. The government wants their multibillion-dollar project back. Foreign governments want it for themselves. Vital and Lisa must work together and trust each other in order to survive.
