Biographie:
Garba Kesias Djikoloum was born on April 15, 1963 in Koyom in Mayo-Kebbi-Est in Chad. Married, mother of 5 children. She holds a graduate degree specializing in reproductive health at the Higher Institute of Public Health in Niamey. For 40 years of service for the improvement of the health of the mother-child couple....
