Hannah Connell Barker: Her Story, Her House, Her Town is a collaboration between three young students, their school's history club, a retired school secretary, several retired teachers, Historic Boulder, Inc. and a community that had enough interest in the many contributions of Hannah Connell Barker to rehabilitate her once-derelict 1870s home.


The students, Iris Landers, Kyra Leland and Poet Lyon, have each written a chapter of the book--one focusing on Hannah's story, another on the house itself, and the third on her neighborhood.


The remaining chapters detail the house and the effort to rehabilitate it, the many businesses, societies and interests of Hannah Connell Barker, and an activities section in which the whole family can participate.
