Résumé :
This book is a compilation of Hindi Kavitas and Geets that the author has written in last two years, the time when the author was struggling with depression. The time when he was dealing with his inner demons, these poems depict his own personal struggle and various moods and reminiscences. These poems, being the channels to get out his emotional struggle, to not only helped him go through that time but actually helped him to lighten out his burden just like a friend.

Biographie:
Himanshu Kumar Shah, since his childhood, always had the inclination towards performing Arts. A history postgraduate, he took active part in performing amateur theater in his college days. Writing has always been his passion and first love. He has written not only Hindi poems but also written and recited his Gazals, sher, Nazms etc. on different platforms. He also has a keen interest in writing short stories which has been published in hindi magazines.
