Maryam K. Muhammad is the creator and founder of the Heal Thy Life Center, a non-profit foundation dedicated to educating women and children on living healthier lifestyles. As a gifted orator, motivational speaker, and published author, Mrs. Muhammad has addressed audiences of all sizes. Her inspiring words offer practical guidance for women and girls in a variety of contexts and have been known to empower the listener to make changes for the better. Mrs. Muhammad is committed to breaking the cycle of disease in God's women. She has organized and hosted many health awareness events, served on various health community panels as a health advocate in underserved communities and is currently a Master's of Nutrition student at the University of Illinois at Chicago and serving as a community council advisor to the South Side Healthy Community Organization....
