Long lasting food, not requiring any heating, evolved because of the frequent wars fought by the state. Thus, the people have evolved a cooking style and diverse food habits that slowly developed into a unique cuisine that has taken up the influence of their long-line of royal heritage and the unavailability of resources brought upon by the arid conditions of the area. Traditional food of Rajasthan is very much in demand of tourists throughout the year. Gujarat is one of the most progressive states in the country. Lead by powerful modern leaders, the development of the state is unstoppable and non comparable. There are many beautiful places to visit in Gujarat. These could be weekend getaways or a long vacation. People of Gujarat are friendly and the food is delicious. Each of the districts has the taste of their own. While traveling from North towards south, one shall find more sweetness to the food. People in Gujarat prefer sweetness similar to their nature.
