The educational requirements of the nation point to the need to generate proposals that link education with the productive sector. This has been a permanent desiderata of the Venezuelan society, even before the appearance of oil with all the emotional charge that this has represented for our culture as citizens and as a country. This search exceeds in form and essence the traditional partisan speeches, issued by any of the sectors fighting for power in Venezuela throughout our republican history. There is an urgent need for a real political proposal in the field of education that revalues our work culture. Along with this, discipline, honesty, sense of achievement, always present in our Venezuelan being. In addition to the conviction that helps us to believe in ourselves, in our capabilities and potential as a country that generates not only material wealth, mining or income, but also wealth derived from responsible work....
