Carrie Wilson, the owner of Optigal Consulting, LLC, has been a trainer, speaker, and optician within the optical industry for over 20 years. A life-long learner and proud supporter of the eye care profession, she has worked to help improve the knowledge and business of thousands of professionals so that they can do what it truly important, taking care of the patient. While her focus is on educational development, she also provides services related to business growth, relationship development and workflow. She knows that there is no single approach to educational and professional growth so she continues to educate herself on the optical industry, relevant business trends, and adult educational theories so that she can provide the most comprehensive program that works for each of her client's needs. Some of her experiences are with one-on-one development, addressing the needs of large corporations, assessing the strengths and creating development plans for independent practices, working with government regulatory bodies, and creating content for learners with attention opportunities.
